Yes — most of our Signal Mountain and Lookout Mountain work is on grade changes that intimidate other builders. We plan access, staging, and drainage before we quote.
What roofing spec do you recommend for the ridge?
Ridge-line homes benefit from heavier underlayment, ice-and-water shield well past code minimum, and either standing-seam metal or a wind-rated architectural shingle. We spec to the exposure.
Do you handle Lookout Mountain, TN and GA both?
Yes — both sides of the state line. Different permit offices, same crew.
