A design-build contractor from Cleveland, TN.
Rivco Construction is a family-run design-build shop. We employ our finish crews, answer our own phones, and refuse to run more projects than we can walk in a week.
Who we are
We started Rivco in 2003 with a simple idea: run a construction company the way homeowners and business owners actually want to be treated. Show up when we say we will. Explain what we're doing before we do it. Fix what we get wrong before anyone has to ask.
Twenty years on, we're still small on purpose. A Rivco superintendent runs every jobsite. A project manager answers your texts. The finish carpenter who sets your baseboard is on payroll — not day labor.

Meet the team
Rivco is family-run and intentionally small. Our office team handles estimating, project management, and scheduling. Our field team — carpenters, tile setters, painters, roofers — are on our payroll, not brought in for a week and gone.
When you hire us, you get the same superintendent from day one to punch list. When something needs a warranty call two years later, the person who picks up is the person who built it.
What we believe
Craftsmanship is the whole product.
The finish is what you live with. It's where we put our attention.
Communication is the whole process.
A Friday update every Friday. No unanswered voicemails.
Local relationships outlast projects.
Most of our subs have worked with us for more than a decade.
The warranty is in writing.
Two-year workmanship warranty on every job we hand over.
