The homeowners had raised three kids in the house and weren't leaving. But the existing primary bath was original to 1972 and the closet was 22 square feet. They needed more room without losing the ridge view.
We cantilevered the addition off the existing footing on the view side, re-pitched the roof to match, and built the entire finish crew's day around one rule: leave the driveway usable by 4pm.
Delivered 11 days ahead of the original 16-week schedule. The family slept in their own bed 71 of 76 nights of construction.
