Scenic City Cigars: a small humidor grown into the room next door
Scenic City Cigars had outgrown its humidor. Rivco opened it into a neighboring unused room and upgraded the space along the way: about two weeks of work, finished within a month.

The shop's humidor was too small for the business it was doing. Next door sat a room the shop wasn't using. The goal was more humidor and lounge space without moving, and without shutting the shop down for long.
We opened the wall between the humidor and the unused room, framed a new header over the doorway, and ran new plank flooring through both spaces so they read as one room. Electrical was reworked for the new layout, and a sliding barn door now closes off the back of the unit.
The shop got a larger, upgraded humidor space in the footprint it already rented. The work itself took a couple of weeks, and the project was finished within a month.
