The AC failed on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend, and the ceiling was already opened up. It needed an immediate response, not a next-week appointment.
Alex was about two hours away when the call came in, turned around, and made it on-site the same day. He assessed the situation and gave Robert two real paths forward: repair the unit like-for-like, or open up the wall further and upgrade the unit's size and capacity while it was already exposed.
Robert has stayed with Rivco since, and the video testimonial he recorded afterward is still featured on Rivco's homepage today.
“It was a holiday weekend, our AC was down, and there was a hole in the ceiling — Alex still showed up with real options instead of just a bill.”
