The owner had signed a lease with a soft-opening date already set. The existing space needed new HVAC routing, a moved bathroom, custom millwork, and a full refinish — in three weeks.
We split the crew into two shifts, sequenced trades to eliminate any downtime, and pre-fabricated the millwork off-site. Every morning at 7am the owner got a photo of what was done and what was next.
Doors opened on the scheduled date with the punch list at zero.
